Google (GOOG) announced earnings of $6.45 on revenues of $5.09B while estimates were for earnings of $6.52 on revenues of $4.98B
Amazon (AMZN) was downgraded to “Neutral” by Bank of America (BAC)
Apple (AAPL) will host a press conference on Friday regarding the Iphone problems  but reports are that there will be no recall
HP (HPQ) has decided to wait before working on Android or Windows tablet computer
AOL (AOL) raised to neutral by Credit Suisse
Rackspace (RAX) raised to “Overweight” by Stephens

Top performer: Priceline (PCLN) 3.37%

Worst Performer: WedMD (WBMD) -1,86%
