Google shocked many yesterday by announcing it would close down its Nexus One online store because the results have been too bad. They have apparently found out that users prefer shopping for mobile phone in physical outlets, so they will put all efforts on those retail stores instead of the two way approach. Now the big question. Is it good that Google is admitting to the mistake so early or is it bad that they did not realize ahead of time or do proper research?
